为了提高外籍教师在校期间的工作效率，保证工作的顺利进行，根据有关规定特定本制度：
一﹑外籍教师在校工作期间要遵守我国的有关法律﹑法规和我校的规章制度，了解和尊重我国的风俗习惯，对我校采取友好合作态度，不得从事与本人身份不相符的活动，不干预中国内部事务。
二﹑外籍教师应按照合同协议确定的教学任务﹑课程安排和授课时数，结合开设的课程向教务处及外语教研组提交一份讲授课程的具体实施方案，并认真完成方案中确定的各项内容。学期结束时，应对方案的实施情况做出书面总结。
三﹑外籍教师使用合同或协议规定的材料，欢迎外籍教师推荐﹑提供或协助引进国外比较先进的材料及视听辅导材料。外籍教师所推荐的教材及视听辅助教材，经外语教研组审定，报请教务处﹑外事办公室同意后，方可使用。外籍教师在课堂上不宜教授与课程无关或关系不大的内容，不宜进行与教学无关的活动。
四﹑外籍教师可以根据教学内容和学生的实际水平，采用学生欢迎的新的教学方法进行教学。外籍教师应对学生严格要求。及时了解学生的学习情况。主动征求学生对教学的意见，并认真布置和验收学生作业，努力作好课外辅导和答疑工作。
五﹑外籍教师每月向教务处介绍一次学生的学习情况。外籍教师应接受学校处室领导以听课或其他方式对教学情况的检查。
六﹑外籍教师应做好期末复习和考试准备工作，并按学校的考试规则，严肃认真地主持学生考试，评分﹑评语要力求准确﹑客观。
七、外籍教师应参加外语教研组的教研活动，与学校教师相互合作共同探讨教学问题，努力提高教学质量。欢迎外籍教师对学校的教学工作提出改进意见和措施。
八﹑外籍教师应维护学校的正常教学秩序，遵守校方管理制度、工作安排、业务指导、检查评估。教学期间不得随意调课，更不得利用教学时间外出旅游和参观。如有特殊情况需要调课，必须写书面申请说明理由，报学校外事办的主管校长批准。参加学校组织的外事活动和有关活动，需要调课时，由学校教务处统一安排。
九﹑不随意外出，有事请假告知。周末近距离郊游学校派人陪同。假期远程旅游安全问题自负。但要随时与主管人员联系。
十﹑外籍教师因故不能上课，应办理请假手续，经主管校长批准后方可休息。病假应有医院的病休证明，请假期间的待遇按有关合同或协议中的条款处理。
十一﹑外籍教师不得从事与教学无关的社会工作，未经学校同意不得承担校外其他工作。外籍教师在完成教学任务﹑合同期满后，应由教研组和教务处做出鉴定。对教学工作成绩显著的外籍教师给予精神和物质奖励；对工作表现不好，教学态度不好，不能完成工作任务，经多次教育无效者，学校将按合同或协议予以解聘。
十二﹑妥善使用公寓内的生活﹑通讯设施，安全使用电器﹑煤气。发现问题，及时通知校方解决，以免造成安全事故。
Foreign Education Expert Occupation Institution
In order to raise foreign teachers’ working efficiency, and make sure
the work run good, we lay down the institutions follow laws:
1. Foreign teachers should observe Chinese law and the prescripyions of
the school, and comprehend Chinese observance ,keep friendly and coadjutant
attitude with the school ,should not attend the affairs do not accord
with the status as a teacher, and not interfere in the internal affairs
in China.
2. Foreign teachers should teaching follow the contract, and offer a
teaching plan about the course to the Educational Affair Office and
Foreign Language Teaching Group, and practice your plan. After that
you should give a summary about your work.
3. Foreign teachers should use the textbooks stipulated by the contract.
The school hearten the foreign teachers recommend advanced text books
and other materials .The text books recommended by foreign teachers
should approved by the Educational Affair Office and Foreign Affair
Office before used for teaching. Foreign teachers should not teach outlying
knowledge with your course.
4. Foreign teachers can chouse various teaching manners follow the students’
level, and give home works.
5. Foreign teachers should acquaint the students’ study situation to
the educational Affair Office, accept school leaders to audit your lesson.
6. Foreign teachers should prepare well for the exam after every term
and evaluate the students’ achievement.
7. Foreign teachers should attend the activities of Foreign Language
Teaching Group and raise the teaching level.
8. Foreign teachers should maintain the teaching order of the school,
and observe the school management institution, work arrangement. Can
not break the time table. Can not go outside the school to visit or
travel in the work time. If have to change the time table the teacher
have to be ratified by the Educational Affair Office.
9. Can not go outside school optionally ,if has an acceptable reason
should ratified by the Foreign Affair Office .The short distance outing
at weekends should accompanied by school functionary. The foreign teachers
should in charge of the safety duty of distant travels, and keep in
touch with the Foreign Affair Office.
10. If the foreign teachers can not attend at his(her) class and without
an acceptable reason ,should be ratified by the headmaster . If the
foreign teachers can not come to give classes for ill, he or she should
provide the hospital testimonial, and the treatment follow the contract.
11. Foreign teachers can not attend the social jobs outlying teaching
and can not accept other jobs before ratified by the school. After the
foreign teachers complete teaching task and the contract, should be
appraised by the Education Affair Office. The Office Should give an
award to the excellent teachers. To the teachers with a poor teaching
effect, the school should give criticism and help. To the teachers with
a wretched teaching attitude, and can not complete work task, school
can relieve the teacher’s job follow the contract.
12. Safety is the most important when using equipment in the apartment.
